Ingredients: 1 can (28 oz.) Whole Tomatoes with Juice 2 cans (10 oz.) Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies) 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 clove garlic minced 1 whole Jalapeno, quartered and diced, ( I removed seeds because we don't like things too hot you could choose to leave them, that is what P-Dub suggested.) 1/4 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 cup Cilantro juice of one lime (She said half, I used whole)
Pappasito's Copy Cat Salsa. Has that roasted veggie flavor. What I LOVE about this recipe, is that you can make it chunky or pulse longer to chop those veggies, if you don't like chunks. Serve warm, just like they do at Pappasito's. Been making this recipe for about 4 years.
