Tomato basil pasta 2 1/4 pounds plum tomatoes ( 1/4 c. basil leaves 1 T. flat-leaf parsley 1 T. chopped garlic  1/4 c. olive oil Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper 1 pound spaghetti or spaghettini Grated Parmesan cheese  Finely chop tomatoes, basil, parsley, and garlic, and mix together with oil   Toss cooked pasta in bowl with the raw sauce. Drizzle with oil and cheese.
