THIS AUTUMN BRITTLE: 1 Cup almonds.1 Cup cashews,3/4 Cup pumpkin seeds, 2/3Cup dried cranberries,2¼ Cups granulated sugar, ¼ Cup brown sugar,½ Cup honey,1 Cup Water, ½ tsp. salt, 1 Tbsp.butter. Boils sugars, honey, and water to exactly 310 degrees turn off the heat. Stir in the butter. cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries until they're coated. Put in greased pan and allow to cool. Break into pieces and serve.THIS IS A GREAT BRITTLE...ENJOY

Holiday Brittle- I tweek the recipe a little: 1/2 c. pecans, 1/2 c. walnuts, 1/2 c sunflower seeds, 1/2 c almonds, 1/4 c. pumpkin seeds,1/4c. dried cherries, 1/2 c. dried cranberries then use sugars, honey, ingredients for brittle.
