How to make branches appear snowy: Stamp the tree once in versamark then restamp ever-so-slightly lower in black before embossing in clear. The result is snow laden branches.

Rub Embossing Buddy well over 3.75" x 5" piece of Whisper White card stock. Stamp leaves randomly with versamark. Emboss with pewter powder. Use Sponge Daubers to fill in the background with Cajun Craze, Not Quite Navy, &More Mustard inks. try to have some light and some dark for contrast.

I love just a circle of background wood; could be done by sponging, embossing folder and circle cut or as done here, it's masked with circle cut front and stamped

Simple yet lovely. Just add a few tiny clear gems plus a tiny heart shaped gem and a bit of translucent glitter.

Sunset card made with Stampin Up's Lovely as a Tree stamp set was used to make this sunset card - trees were stamped in Versamark and embossed with black embossing powder over a sponged background. The picture doesn't do it justice!

By beesmom at Splitcoaststampers. Mask white cardstock panel to expose vertical strip. Position torn copy paper for top of lower hill; sponge from torn paper to cardstock. Repeat for other hills. Sponge sky. In black ink, stamp birds from "Serene Silhouettes" (Stampin' Up) and small trees from "Life Is Good" (Gina K Designs). Remove mask. Stamp large pine from "Lovely as a Tree" (Stampin' Up). Sponge hill under large tree. Add sentiment.
