• 1/2 tsp Baking soda

• 2 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened

• 2 tbsp Food coloring, red

• 3/4 cup Granulated sugar

• 2 1/2 cups Powdered sugar

• 1/2 tsp Salt

• 3 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Oils & Vinegars

• 1 1/2 tsp Distilled white vinegar

Dairy

• 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted

• 4 oz Butter

• 1/2 cup Buttermilk

Other

• 8 ounces (1 bar) cream cheese, at room temperature (Note: The recipe calls for 4 ounces, but I’m a glutton!)
