CROCK POT HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 1 large package of frozen hash browns (about 2 lbs or 1 kg) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 cups sour cream (500ml tub) 1 onion, minced 2 cups grated cheddar cheese 1 tsp salt ½ tsp pepper Instructions Mix all ingredients together and dump in a Crock Pot slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours.
