Don't give up - work hard for the body you want.
To boost weight loss - 2L water, 1 medium cucumber, 1 lemon, 10-12 mint leaves. steep overnight in fridge and drink every day. At the very least, I know it would get me to drink more water!
I think I'll just feel sore...

I've noticed that over the past couple of years. It's tough at first to let go of sweets, but in the end.. it's worth it. It's ok to eat sweets sometimes, just not all the time.
