Weight loss journal....I like this idea with a comp book..not sure mine would be as busy but the scrapbooker in me is thinking of ways to make a fun food journal with pics and quotes and such...must try this. I love to handwrite things, not sure tracking on my phone would be my best...no where to make notes and track my feelings and such.
I've been trying to lose weight for a few years now, and have found SparkPeople. Turns out, I haven't been eating enough (only 400 - 900 calories a day for most of my life). Since I've started eating between 1200 - 1550 calories a day and exercising for a few minutes per day, I'm losing weight! No weird diets required!
