The California High School cross country and track teams hosted the first Annual Waylon Martensen 'Endure The Race' 5K Run/Walk Fundraiser at the high school track, where a total of 138 participants competed in the event, with 124 ultimately crossing the finish line. Area youth also had the opportunity to participate in the Kids Mile, held prior to the 5K Run/Walk.

The St Francis High School Gymnastics Team has been selling wreaths for over 11 years!  The Fundraiser has been the biggest and most important fundraiser for the SFHS Gymnastics Team over the years and is of great importance to the team primarily because it helps to cover the cost of important assistant coaches fees which must be covered by the team and the team's booster club. The fundraiser also has helped to provide funding for new leotards for the team.

The Council has created a fundraiser that will collect any old electronic device that you may no longer need. They can be working or broken. Items range from old cell phones, game boys, and empty ink jet cartridges to laptop computers and E-books. The old, worn out devices will be traded in for cash to help raise money for the Student Council costs.

About 100 students and community members cheered as four teams battled for the top spot during the high school's second annual wheelchair basketball game Wednesday evening.

The Kirkwood High School girl’s varsity soccer team hosted Webster Groves High School their annual “Kick for Cancer” fundraiser for Friends of Kids with Cancer.  The team sold small and large raffle prizes and held a “Kick for Cancer” challenge during halftime. Kirkwood wore pink jerseys and Webster wore black jerseys with pink writing for cancer awareness. The event raised over $2,500.
