Chocolate covered pretzels. Pretty easy. Make a big bowl of melted chocolate - dark, milk, white, whatever! Dip in a pretzel, place on a wax paper covered baking sheet, sprinkle on some sprinkles and let cool in the fridge until the chocolate is hard. Fun and yummy!!

Recipe from online, but tweaked a bit. This is my version: Ingredients:  1 & 1/3 cup flour 1 1/2 cup oatmeal 3/4 cup coconut 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/4 cup flaxseed 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Baking soda I cup butter 1 cup organic cane sugar 1 egg 1tsp vanilla extract  Directions:  Combine all dry ingredients set aside. Stir butter until smooth, add cane sugar then egg and vanilla. Stir in dry mixture. Pop in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes :) enjoy!
