Quaker-style chewy granola bars from Chocolate Covered Katie.  I made these for Meghan's soccer team this summer and for her preschool class last week.  Tim says these are way better than the store bought version!  Love this recipe.  I especially love that it's vegan and GF, so I can enjoy these, too.
