Chili Lime Grilled Salmon: 1 tea ground coriander, 1/2 tea sugar, 1/4 tea chili powder, 1/4 tea ground cumin, 2 tea lime juice, 1 salmon fillet (1 lb) 4 lime wedges *Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix all ingredients except salmon and lime wedges. Spread mixture over salmon. Place salmon, skin side down, on grill rack over medium heat.
