    Homemade Dulce de Leche in the crockpot instead of boiling on stove! Unopened can of condensed milk + 8 hours on low, completely submerged in water = the most delicious caramel you've ever tasted! I've made this on the stove before and it's kind of a pain to make sure you don't run out of water, the crock pot would make it so much easier!
