    Sage- and Garlic-Crusted Pork Tenderloin Recipe. Tried this tonight for dinner, soooo good. I made it in my French oven and while the meat rested in the foil after baking, I made the remaining juices/seasonings into a little gravy by adding some flour. A good savory meat dish that can be accompanied by just about any veggie and other sides. I really wanted to put some red potatoes in with it but didn't have any on hand...definitely next time.
