    Paper mache/ tissue paper pumpkins. JENN SAYS: We made one of these for my daughter's Halloween family project. It took more tissue paper and a lot longer to dry than expected but it was really stinking adorable and will make a great reusable Halloween decoration for years to come.

Wanting to make a Dressform so just getting idea's so I can come up with a design using wire and paper mache... or other mediums.

From A Field Journal Blog. ... Based on an old vintage Halloween candy holder, she used a balloon as the base, and covered it with strips of newspaper adhered with a flour and water paste. When it was dry, she sanded it, painted it with acrylics and added glittered details, a wire handle and some pom pom trim around the top.
