    1/4 lb Green beans
    1 Yellow onion, diced small (1 1/2 cups), medium

    Canned Goods

    4 cups Chicken broth, low-sodium

    Baking & Spices

    2 tbsp Curry powder
    1 3/4 cups Flour
    1/4 tsp Salt, fine
    1 Salt and ground pepper, Coarse
    1 tsp Sugar


    3 tbsp Ice water


    13/16 cup Butter, unsalted

      Curried Chicken Potpie - made this last night. We loved it!!! I used refrigerated pie crust to make it easier. The sauce is thick and very flavorful w curry, chunks of chx, cauliflower and green beans. Definitely in the "make again" pile.
