The best brussels sprouts recipe I've tried yet! Adapted notes: added 1/2 sweet onion chopped with leeks. Saute in butter and salt. Add chopped pecans AND cranberries once nicely browned. Roast brussels sprouts in olive oil, h salt and a couple dashes of epicure herb mix. Mix together and serve over brown & wild rice with a poached egg. Perfect!
