      Spinach-and-Cheese Puff - Martha Stewart Recipes Bake up to 1 day ahead and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature, then cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes more.

    Chicken Spinach Pasta Bake: 8oz rigatoni, 1T evoo, 1C onion, 1pk frozen chopped spinach, 3C cooked chicken, 1 can Italian diced tomatoes, 1 container chive & onion cream cheese, 1/2t salt, 1/2t pepper, 1 1/2C shredded mozzarella

    greencitrusrazzledazzle: 1 large bunch/bag of organic baby spinach (stems and all), 4 peeled whole oranges, 1 cup of raspberries, 1/2 cup of ice, 2 bananas and about 1/3 cup of fruit juice (mango puree is awesome) or water. Pack it all in and give it a whirl for a minute. Awesome breakfast smoothie.

    Puff Pastry Spinach Cups

    Fire Crackerz {Football Friday} 1/2 cup canola oil 1 (1-oz) package Ranch dressing mix 3-5 tsp red pepper flakes 1 (13.7oz) box Cheez-Its . In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Spread crackers on large rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Cool and store in resealable bag.

    Thai Peanut Curry Lentils with Spinach! 2 cups dry lentils chicken or vegetable broth 1 large onion, sliced thin 1 TBS vegetable oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 2 tsp turmeric 1 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp paprika 1 TBS yellow curry powder, leveled. 1 can coconut milk 1 TBS peanut butter (preferably all natural) 3 handfuls of fresh spinach crushed peanuts for garnish (optional)

    Roasted cabbage. INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive & healthy. (1 t. olive oil, 2 T. bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1 Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)
