Slow-Cooker Beef and Tomato Stew from MarthaStewart.com. It turns out you can just throw the whole chuck steak in and then shred up the meat after everything's done cooking (although I removed it from the pot to do that and then stirred the meat back into the stew).
Martha Stewart Crockpot Beef Stew I did this on low for 8 hours, and the potatoes were still a bit hard, and homie don't play that. So I pushed them down into the liquid and cooked on high for an additional 30 minutes or so. Amazeballs. Will definitely make again. Serve with some crusty bread.
