another EZ one. My favorite cut of meat- Hanger Steak. AKA Butcher's Cut. 1/2 cup low sodium soy/ 1/4 fish sauce/ six garlic cloves minced/ 1 shallot minced/ 2 Tbsp of course black pepper/ 1/4 cup brown sugar. Mix all together in a plastic bag and drop up to 1.5 pounds of hanger steak cut into 6-8oz steaks. Let sit overnight. Let come to room temp and place on hot grill 2 minutes per side. Let rest before cutting into. F'ing amazing!
