    Banana Oat Smoothie 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt 1 banana, cut into thirds 1/2 cup fat-free milk 2 teaspoons honey 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon Directions In a blender, combine oats, yogurt, banana, fat-free milk, honey, and cinnamon; puree until smooth. Serve immediately. Add 1 T peanut butter.

    Cindy's Quick Oat Banana Smoothie adapted from Martha Stewart 7 Weight Watchers points: 1 packet McCann's Artisan Collection Irish Oatmeal, Madagascar Vanilla Bean with Honey 1/2 Fruyo fat free greek yogurt (1/2 a container) 1 banana (preferably frozen) 4 oz Califia Farms Vanilla Almond milk cinnamon (to taste, optional) Blend on high until smooth! 😋

    Banana oatmeal smoothie This was pretty good! I substituted Greek yogurt for the plain yogurt, agave nectar for the honey and vanilla almond milk for low fat milk. Use a frozen banana so it is cold. Otherwise it's a little on the warmer side. Less cinnamon, just my preference
