Pinteres recipe critism site. This is Spinach and Gruyere Quiche: Another tried and true brunch recipe (of course, Martha knows best!). Used frozen pie crust and turned out fine. Would recommend shredding your own cheese rather than buying pre-shredded (which has a lot of additives and does not melt as well). Was even good the next day microwaved for breakfast.
