Shrimp Jambalaya

Gluten free • 20 mins to prepare


6 oz Andouille sausage


30 1 pound medium shrimp, medium


3 Celery stalks
2 Garlic cloves
1 Green bell pepper
1 Onion, medium
8 Plum tomatoes
1/2 cup Scallions

Pasta & Grains

1 cup White rice, long-grain

Baking & Spices

2 tsp Paprika
1 Salt and ground pepper, Coarse

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Canola oil

    Shrimp Jambalaya Try this spicy shrimp and rice dish -- a New Orleans favorite -- for a simple dinner for family or friends. If you prefer a milder smoked sausage, use chorizo or kielbasa in place of the traditional Cajun andouille.
