    Chocolate garnishes: Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe container for 20''. Stir and microwave again for 10'' intervals until melted. Pour into squeeze bottle. Squeeze chocolate over parchment paper, making abstract shapes. Leave space between for easy removal. Freeze 2 hours & remove w/spatula. Chocolate abstracts may be stored for several days in the freezer between sheets of parchment paper. X

    chocolate topper : 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. 2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe container for 20 seconds. 3. Pour melted chocolate into a squeeze bottle. 4. Squeeze chocolate over the parchment paper, making abstract shapes. 5. Place the tray in the freezer for about 2 hours. Once the chocolate is set, use a spatula to remove it from the parchment.

Did this for a baby shower today. Just one letter not words. Really cute. Froze them but in a few minutes they do start to get hard to pull off without breaking. I made double what I needed and I was glad i did.
