YUMMY IN MY TUMMY!!! Bag of frozen chicken in the crock pot. Put the cream cheese, corn, salsa and black beans on top and let it go for 6-8 hours on low. shred when done. serve with chips or as tacos. (This is super awesome, I make it a lot)
Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese. The cheese mixture is similar to the one recommended by Martha Stewart for her "perfect Macaroni & Cheese," which is delicious, but work-intensive. This will allow us to have the flavors, without all the extra work. Could also make a bread crumb topping to add for the last 10 minutes.
Smothered Beef Burrito. Alternate Pork instructions: Put pork in the slow cooker on low for about 7 hours with a can of enchilada sauce, pull out pork with a slotted spoon and shred with a cake mixer for fast shredding, fill tortillas with meat and a little bit of juice (you can add rice, beans, onions, etc to your liking), roll burrito and place on oven safe dish, add more juice and shredded cheese, bake until melted, add more juice if desired. Serve with Rice, beans, chips, salsa. Enjoy!
