What I made for #3: Reupholstered Glider

Wow- to re-upholster the baby glider- great idea! I wish I new this before I had my kids. I might just reupholster a thrifted glider just so I can have a hip rocking chair in my house!

The fabric balls are made with a 4 or 5 inch styrofoam ball. Take 3 yards of fabric per ball and cut it into as many 6 inch circles as possible. Fold the fabric into quarters and pin all over the ball. Easy, peasy!I Then take a styrofoam wreath form, cover with ribbon and then used ribbon to tie it all together as a mobile. Cheers!

Daffodil Design - Calgary Web Design... the window bench is designed using a tall lack shelf from ikea and two leg kits. we just flipped the shelf on it's side and it fit perfectly. the cushion i made by cutting a camping mattress foam in half and sewed a custom cover. the mattress foam is much more economical than purchasing upholstery foam
