mango iced tea:2 medium sized alphonso mangoes – yields approx 1.5 cups pulp 3 teaspoons black tea or 2-3 tea black tea bags 4 cups water ½ or ¾ tbsp lemon juice or as required organic unrefined cane sugar as required a few mint leaves for garnishing
Recipe for hot, cinnamon vanilla tea. Fill one small pot with water and boil. Turn heat to low/medium-low. Mix in a tablespoon of ground cinnamon (saigon), a few drops of vanilla extract and sugar to taste. Put in 3 tea bags and let steep for 10-15 min. Stir often.
