California house tour by Joanna Goddard | feat. a pair of Mobile Chandeliers by west elm

I love the idea of hiding the washer and dryer behind a pretty curtain. This would work great when the laundry room is also a bathroom. Everything is there, right where you need it, but dressed up and camouflaged.

Love the paper, latern, and especially the painted ceiling. I would literally just sing the openning song from Beauty and the Beast doing my laundry.

Laundry and pantry, but would want more color and would add one wall for baskets, cans, wines, woven baskets, and the narrow entrance like I have from another picture in this group.

laundry room with tons of shelving & storage, and "wrapping station"… not a fan of the flooring.

More than 2 ppl should mean more laundry machines!! .... Now if only someone would invent a folding machine!

Mud & laundry. Open lockers, wash station, grasscloth, slate flooring

This looks manageable and pretty inexpensive. I could do this for sure. Now if I can just get my husband to agree:)

A laundry room. This house was described as "A Nantucket House Without the Blues"...I love it!

Polish up the laundry room to create an attractive, functional room on the main level, upper level, or basement. Replace old appliances with new units offering the latest energy-and fabric-saving features. Add counter space for folding clean clothes, tuck-away bins for sorting dirty laundry, & cabinets or shelving to keep detergents stowed. And don't forget a built-in ironing board.
