Went sledding with a friend and my girls on Saturday. Here is my favorite part ... an unrealized moment until it was spoken by my daughter later that night. It is called a non scale victory. A moment when you've taken back a lost aspect of your life without even realizing it all due to increased fitness and better health. Actualizing your dreams means you’re a “Doer”…you dream big and keep the bigger vision in your mind but every day you’re taking steps to making your dream, your reality. First of all, don’t think that there is some magic pill, diet or even workout that is going to fix everything. The most important thing is to be consistent. Second is having good nutrition.
