Glendora's Pancake Recipe Ingredients: 1 c. almond meal  1/4 tsp. baking powder  dash salt  3 eggs  1/2 tsp. vanilla extract  1/3-1/2 pkt Stevia  few tsps heavy cream (or water)  Directions: Stir almond meal, salt, stevia and baking powder in a medium bowl, add in three eggs and vanilla extract. Mix with fork and let rest for 5 min. Add a tsp or two of the cream (water would probably be fine too) to give it pancake batter consistency.  Net carbs: 12 per recipe, or 3 per pancake
