1 large onion 1/2 C Fiber One Original bran cereal 1/2 C fat-free liquid egg substitute 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. salt Black pepper Oven 375. Cut onion into 1/2-inch-wide slices. Grind Fiber One to a breadcrumb-like consistency. Season. Dunk each ring in egg substitute, then coat in crumbs. Bake 25 min, flip halfway through.
