Protein shake that tastes like Wendy's Frosty! 3/4 cup (6 ounces) almond milk, about 15 ice cubes, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1-2 TB unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener of choice (1/4 of a frozen banana or stevia).
Classic Green Monster Shake uses 1 cup almond milk, 1 ripe banana peeled + frozen, 2 handfuls organic spinach, 1 T ground flax, 1 T peanut butter, 1-3 ice cubes and protein powder Directions: Starting with 1 cup of milk, then add flax and nut butter. Next, add in the spinach followed by the banana on top. Blend until smooth. Add in your ice cubes and blend some more. Serves 1- about 2 cups.

For winter: Snow Cocoa: Ingredients - 2 cups whipping cream 6 cups milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract 12 oz pkge white chocolate chips. Directions - Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Heat on low for 2-2 1/2 hours or until chocolate is melted and mixture is hot. Stir well to blend."
