Breakfast casserole bites- I made these and froze them for weekday mornings. No Dunkin' Donuts for me, thank you! I used silicone muffin cups so I don't have to worry about peeling a paper cup off. These would be yummy with chopped up green/red peppers, too.

Simple and Healthy School Lunch Ideas - I won't be cutting sandwiches/fruit in to cute shapes, but there are 5 days worth of lunch ideas here that look great. Also like the idea of Jell-O in one compartment. My kids would flip for that. I use the Ziploc 3-compartment containers for our lunches.
What's a perfect lunch? #SELFMagazine - 55% carbs (complex such as whole grains, brown rice or produce; 55-83 grams w/ at least 6 grams of fiber), 20% protein (lean but hearty such as chicken, shrimp, or lowfat yogurt; 11-34 grams) & 25% fat (healthy monounsaturated such as nuts, avocado or olive oil; 13-18 grams w/ maximum 6 grams saturated).
20 Quick and "healthy" breakfasts. I like some of these ideas. They get beyond Starbucks and a scone OR the ol' fashioned eggs and bacon. Fruit in the morning is great for digestion. Vegetables introduced an hour after eating fruit or fruit juice. It'll help balance your pH and ease your digestion.
