Wallaby Darned (from Outback) - 1 cup frozen sliced peaches; 2 ounces champagne; 1 ounce peach schnapps; 1 ounce vodka; 4 ounces (1/2 cup) Kern’s peach nectar; 2 or 3 ice cubes - Combine all in blender, blend on high speed for 30 seconds or til ice is completely crushed. jamaican me crazy | 1 oz. Rum (clear) 1 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum 1 oz.Banana Liqueur 3 oz. Pineapple Juice 3 oz. Cranberry Juice Cherry and/or Banana Slice and/or Kiwi Slice for garnish Directions Combine all of the ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker. Cover, shake well, and pour into your favorite cocktail glass.
According to a bartender at Red Lobster, they use a mix called "mango passion" ( just a tropical blend of mango and berries) with a shot of Captain Morgan and blend with ice. A strawberry syrup or grenadine is plashed around the inside of the glass. Pour in ice mix then top with Myers Dark Rum. Garnish with an orange slice + cherry.
