Better to bake this one the day of delivery, but the filling may be cooked ahead of time and stored in the fridge overnight. Easy vegetarian conversion, just add more veggies. Does chicken pot pie really need a side dish? I don't think so, but a nice dessert doesn't hurt! I like to pair this one with homemade chocolate fudge.

Chicken pot pie - i made this the other night and it was delish. couple shortcuts i recommend: steam the veggies so they are nice and tender, and use leftover roaster chicken. then all just needs combined and heated through.
