Chicken Parmesan Meatballs. I used turkey instead of chicken and I put them in a sub roll, topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese, put under the broiler for 2-3 minutes and you have chicken parm meatball subs!
Broccoli Cheese Bites - Ingredients 16 oz. package of frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained of liquid (I used fresh steamed broccoli) 1 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese 3 eggs salt & pepper 1 cup of seasoned Italian breadcrumbs - Mix all together, make into small patties and back for 25 mins at 375F. Turn after 15min
CROCK-POT: Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken : 1 lb chicken + 1 can cream of mushroom soup + 1 cup salsa + 1 pkg taco seasoning = on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and add 1 cup sour cream, drained can of black beans and 1 cup frozen corn. Heat through and serve. I also added diced onion, green pepper, and red pepper. We served it over brown rice...all the kids even ate the peppers and onions!
