Paula Deen Potato Soup with Shrimp is the best potato soup!! You can leave the shrimp out and it is still great! I make mine without shrimp and onion. I like to put cheese and bacon to garnish. This is the best! Everyone loves it!!
Lighter Lasagna Soup Previous Pinner Said: Whoa. Tried this tonight and it was a smashing hit. Definitely part of the meal rotation now. Used lean ground beef instead of sausage, and added 1 t thyme and 1 T brown sugar (like Paula's original recipe). This was delish - highly recommend you try it! (By the way, it doesn't look as creamy as the photo when it's finished, more broth based.)

Olive Garden Chicken and Gnocchi Soup, I love this soup at Olive Garden and this version is great. I actually couldn't find gnocchi on this side of town, so I just left it out and it turned into a really tasty creamy chicken soup. Again we used a rotisserie chicken for nomtastic flavor ;)
