The Gold Rush 2 oz. Buffalo Trace Bourbon 1 oz. honey syrup ¾ oz. lemon juice. To make honey syrup, mix equal parts hot water and honey until honey is smooth. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass.
