Healthy Idea: Freeze Herbs in Ice Cube Trays!

Drop a teaspoon or two of herbs into each cube and fill with water or chicken broth. Put the tray in the freezer. 24 hours or so should be enough to turn your water and herbs into beautiful little herb cubes. Pop out the cubes to add to sauces or soups.
