Drop a teaspoon or two of herbs into each cube and fill with water or chicken broth. Put the tray in the freezer. 24 hours or so should be enough to turn your water and herbs into beautiful little herb cubes. Pop out the cubes to add to sauces or soups.
SO GOOD! From Pioneer Woman: Made this salad dressing today to go with a bunch of mason jar salads, and I swear I could drink it by the liter, it's that good! I made a couple alterations (2 limes instead of one, sesame seeds instead of sesame oil, dried ginger instead of fresh, more fresh garlic).
5-Flavor Pound Cake Recipe - homemade pound cake with tons of great flavor - Vanilla, Rum, Coconut, Butter, and Lemon - highly recommend serving it with some vanilla ice cream and fresh berries way at your Memorial Day cookout.
Pesto for the Freezer - The Lemon Bowl I will have to say, I have made pesto to freeze before but two things are different in this pesto recipe that I love: 1. The lemon...fantastic. 2. The roasting of the pine nuts! I could sit and eat the whole bowl full. Great going Lemon Bowl! Delicious!
