Oatmeal Banana Bread — my husband declared this the best banana bread he's ever eaten. I substituted the pumpkin pie spice with Penzey's apple pie spice, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. It is super yummy, and not oily like a lot of banana breads. Also, the cranberries are a pleasant addition. Definitely going to make this many times again.
