UPDATE: Just made this tonight and I'm sort of on the fence about it. I wasn't overly crazy about it, but Willie really liked it. Definitely would marinade it overnight next time. I had to cook it all day, chop up the porkloin and let it set in the juices for a couple of hours to get some good flavor. Crock pot honey apple pork tenderloin

VERY good recipe-- I also add some sliced fresh mushrooms (and use cream of mushroom soup) usually when I make it-- the meat just falls apart and mixes into the gravy-- which we put over mashed potatoes, noodles or rice :)

I added onions sliced to bottom of crock pot. This dish was great, even my 4yr old picky eater loved it!!!!! Will be a regular in our house!

I am trying this with boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, and also adding a can of cream of mushroom to have extra gravy.

    Looks so good.

We made it. The apples turned to mush as expected but didn't add any flavor and the pork was so overcooked it was difficult to cut and chew. Don't bother with this one

We made this once and the apples were brown and basically applesauce. We do not approve. I made it again, but used apple juice instead of a broth as the cooking solution and still spiced it with winter type seasoning (nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon) then served sautéed apples as a side dish I made on the stove. All the same components but oh so much better.
