Healthy Banana Smoothie 1 banana 1/2 cup almond milk 2 cups spinach 1 teaspoon peanut butter 1 tablespoon agave nectar 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Next, you toss in two frozen bananas (make sure they are chopped up), 1 cup of milk, and 1/3 cup of peanut butter and blend until smooth and creamy. Heaven! When your bananas start to go brown, chop them up into chips, put them in a freezer bag and place them in the freezer for safe keeping.

Kale - 2 bunches Olive Oil - 2 tbsp Cayenne/Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Method: Tear the leaves from the stem/stalk to big or bite size pieces. Spread the Kale in the baking tray. Bake them for 20 to 25 minutes in the 300f preheated oven, by flipping the Kale once every 10 minutes. Bake until it is crispy and make sure the edges are slightly brown but not burnt.
