6 medium carrots, peeled, cut 1T water kefir 1T sea salt 1t dried dill 3 cloves of garlic Place the carrot sticks into a quart mason jar, add ingredients. Fill to within inch of top with water kefir. Cover tightly, room temperature for 4-7 days, take longer than other veggies.
