Cranberry Red Potato - Also known as "all-red," this gorgeous potato has rich cranberry-red skin and white flesh with rosy tie-dye swirls. Uniquely patterned skin holds its color during cooking. Best boiled or steamed and excellent for potato salad because of its low starch content. All potatoes are a good source of vitamin C, carbohydrates, and dietary fiber. But the more colorful the skin the more antioxidants they have. Red potatoes also contain vitamin A.
