I like the grey walls and orange rug. I can't see it working for a baby room though.

Love how they painted the ceiling and down some of the wall, then started w/ the wall color! So simple. I love the color scheme too...perfect for a boy's room

Too modern for my taste, but I would tweak it. LOVE the black, white, yellow color scheme. Have always delighted in that color scheme. Want to steal the yellow-striped ceiling; brilliant off-set by the black/white floor.

Great color scheme for Sawyer's room, maybe we'll paint it light blue, and that rug is terrific :)

The same scheme but navy blue instead of baby blue for Jacob's room. Love these colors!!!!! keeping this for the future! Another view of the owl nursery - it is boys.. but I can easily transform it with some pink! :) Now... to get "the perfect aqua" paint and some orange for pop. So excited for Siena's room! (it's official, I'm going with an aqua, green, tangerine, and hot pink color scheme)

Gray paint - Sparrow by Behr Love the color combo of gray, turquoise, orange and green. I will never decorate another nursery, but love this color combo!

Love how they painted the ceiling and down some of the wall, then started w/ the wall color! So simple. Such an impact.

when the time comes...i think i will need pictures like this to convince my family that non-pastel colors work for baby rooms and baby things

I think the furniture doesn't have to match if you use a color.....find what you want and paint it either the yellow or red in your bed stuff....

Instead of painting the whole room, just choose a color for an accent wall. Then get curtains or other accessories to match. I love this idea because my kids' rooms can match the rest of the house better, and because it saves so much time!

A bit dark for a nursery...but the welcome home chalkboard is super cute! (ROOM COLOR: Martha Stewart Living 8 oz. Plumage Interior Paint Tester # MSL163, CLOSET COLOR: The color is Bay Leaf also apart of the Martha Stewart collection for Home Depot.)

very cute nursery! this could be the ticket to my gender neutral plan. Just use different colors to accent with

The color scheme matches the bedding I have-blue & orange but I wasn't sure what to paint the walls. I like the neutral w/ the pop of color.
