    Ooh, I want to try this - grilled balsamic bruschetta chicken Update: Tried it - yum! Heat up the tomato mixture and the completely melt the cheese on top of the chicken breast before eating - it tastes much better!

This was REALLY good! Ended up having leftover chicken so I diced it up cut up some tomatoes tossed it with some newmans own olive oil and vinegar salad dressing and topped it with a little shredded mozzarella veggies shreds & packed it for James' lunch! Also really yummy. Although he said it didn't sit well with his stomach, but it was good going down :)
