Catalina Taco Salad

Dorito Taco Salad! You can tweak this recipe some: add a bag of spinach to the lettuce, plus a cucumber and a bellpepper. Also, homemade dressing instead of catalina: 1 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup slenda, 1/4 cup vinegar. Don't add dressing or chips until the last minute.
