This stuff is so addictive! 1 (1 oz) package ranch dressing mix 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil 1/2 t garlic powder (or to your taste) salt to taste 1 box or bag oyster crackers Preheat oven to 250°. In a large mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Stir in oyster crackers mix to coat. Pour crackers onto a large cookie sheet. Easy salsa recipe.....WOW, this one has an amazing flavor!  6 tomatoes 3 jalapenos (warning: hot) 1 medium white onion 1/2 med. red onion 1 cup cilantro 5 cloves garlic 3 limes juice (hell, I even threw in some of the pulp) 1 tbsp cumin 1 tsp sea salt (More can always be added but not taken away!) 1 tsp chili powder OPTIONAL/SEASONAL: Sweeten it up with some diced fruit of your choice- pineapple, mango, peach etc.

Garden Fresh Bruschetta - the only deviation I make with my recipe is I omit garlic and use lemon juice instead of vinegar. To get the garlic taste, I slice and toast my baguette and take a clove of fresh garlic and rub it directly on the toasted surface of each slice.
