Coconut Mango Chia Pudding Author: The Peach Kitchen Ingredients 4 tbsp chia seeds 2 cup coconut milk or almond milk 2 tbsp honey 6 tbsp diced ripe mango Directions Stir together all the ingredients in a bowl except mango and mix well. Chill for about 6 hours or overnight. Top with diced mango when ready to serve.
Coconut Almond Chia Seed Pudding Very nice, smooth, tasty pudding. I didn't expect it will turn out so good. I used 2 cups of almond milk and 1/2 cup of coconut milk to lower the calorie contain. So Delish. I will definitely continue to do this and have it for dessert or breakfast.
Chocolate Chia Seed Puddingi - high in protein and fiber and so many different vitamins including B vitamins and minerals such as phosphorus, manganese, and zinc. They are a good source of calcium and omega 3 fatty acids which we could all get more of. - So good for you, guilt free dessert - almost like eating all vegetables.
