Cheesy Tortellini Bake 16oz jar of spaghetti sauce 14 oz can of drained diced tomatoes 10 oz can of reduced sodium beef broth 1/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing 18 oz refrigerated cheese filled pasta 1 cup of Shredded mozzarella cheese Preheat oven to 375 degrees Combine sauce, diced tomatoes, broth & dressing in a 13×9 baking dish. Add ravioli and toss to coat. Cover with foil and bake for 50 mins. Take out of the oven and top with cheese. Let stand until the cheese melts.

Linguine with Garlicky Bread Crumbs, I served this with some red and orange peppers on it for color and then the "main dish" was a fried eggplant recipe (also located on my Dinner board) as a meat replacement for a Meatless Monday recipe.
